Before submitting your form, please note:
  • Submission must occur at least 2 weeks in advance of your preferred arrival date.
  • You will receive an emailed quote within 2-3 business days once the request is processed by zoo staff.
  • Payment is due 2 weeks in advance of your visit. Afterward, you will receive your tickets.

  • One teacher will be admitted free for every classroom attending the field trip.
  • Minimum 12 required. We will update your final numbers when the payment is processed, two weeks prior to your visit. You may purchase additional tickets at the front gate on the day of your visit at the discounted group rate. Unused tickets are valid for 1 year from purchase date. Please note that all sales are final; there are no refunds for tickets.
  • 1 adult chaperone required for every 5 students (excluding college students).
  • Choose three dates. Reminder: All reservations must be made at least 2 weeks in advance.
  • If you will be using personal vehicles for transportation, please put 0.

  • Emergency Contact

    This person should be on-site at the Zoo during your visit. This is who we reach out to in case of an emergency, such as a child being separated from your group or a last-minute closure of the Zoo.
